The T90 is the top scooter in the entire OOTD/APEFOX catalogue: dual motors rated at 2100W each with a combined peak of 6000W, a mechanical top speed of 85 km/h and a 60V 31.2Ah battery for 90–100 km of range. Hydraulic brakes with an oil reservoir and H-type hydraulic suspension handle that extreme power safely.

The 13 inch tubeless tyres, combined with the aluminium frame (lighter than the steel versions), keep net weight down to 54.2 kg despite the massive power available. The IPX5 protection rating, higher than the rest of the OOTD range (IPX4), offers better resistance to strong jets of water.

H-type hydraulic suspension – designed for high speeds

The H-type hydraulic suspension system is configured specifically for stability at high speed, reducing the oscillation that could appear on a less rigid frame. The hydraulic brakes with a separate oil reservoir maintain constant performance even under repeated hard braking.

Warning: 85 km/h is an extremely high speed for an electric scooter. Full protective equipment (helmet, body protection) and prior experience with high-power scooters are essential. Check your local regulations — in most EU countries this speed is far above the legal limit for public roads.

Frequently Asked Questions about the OOTD T90

Is it legal for public roads at 85 km/h?

In most EU countries, Romania included, the legal speed for electric scooters on public roads is far lower (typically 25 km/h). The T90 must be used in limited mode on public roads, or exclusively on private property at full speed.

What is the real difference from the T30?

The T90 is faster (85 km/h vs 65 km/h) and has a higher protection rating (IPX5 vs IPX4), while the T30 takes a higher maximum load (200 kg vs 150 kg) and is slightly heavier (60 kg vs 54.2 kg). The T90 prioritises pure speed, the T30 prioritises load capacity.

Does it require special protective equipment?

At this power and speed we strongly recommend a full-face helmet, wrist, knee and elbow protection and durable clothing, similar to the equipment used for light motorcycles.

Why IPX5 instead of IPX4 like the rest of the range?

An IPX5 rating offers resistance to pressurised water jets from any direction, a higher level of protection than IPX4 (resistance to splashes only), relevant for a performance model that may be used in more demanding conditions.
