The 48V 20Ah triangle battery is the balanced choice for riders who want good range and stable performance on general-purpose electric bikes. The 48V configuration combined with a 20Ah capacity (about 960Wh) provides the energy needed for the MTX kits of 500W, 1000W and 1500W, and is ideal for daily commuting and medium-distance routes.
The triangle design is made specially for the bicycle frame: the narrow profile and optimised shape allow mounting directly in the frame triangle, without affecting ground clearance or upsetting the bike's geometry. As a 48V battery, its dimensions are more compact than the 52V or 72V variants, which makes it compatible with a wider range of frames, including those with less interior space.

Why the 13S configuration matters for daily use
The 13S configuration means 13 cells connected in series, each contributing about 3.6–4.2V to the total pack voltage. This architecture gives the 48V voltage, the most widespread standard for medium-power eBike conversion kits, offering a good balance of range, cost and compatibility with most controllers on the market.
BMS and cell protection
The battery has a 30–35A BMS, built with premium LG/Samsung cells, which monitors in real time the voltage of each cell, the temperature and the operating current, preventing overcharge, excessive discharge and imbalance between cells. The casing is IP65 certified, protecting against light rain and splashes in normal use.

Installation, Maintenance and Safety
Mounting Steps
- Measure the frame triangle before ordering to avoid surprises at installation
- Position the battery in the triangle and tighten the straps crosswise, not just on one side
- Connect the XT60 connector, checking that the plugs do not rub against the frame tubes
- Switch the battery on and check the LCD display before the first ride
Maintenance
- As it is mounted directly in the frame, check periodically that the straps have not loosened from vibration
- Do not leave the battery discharged below 20% for long periods — it shortens the life of the 13S cells
- For storage longer than 2–3 weeks, keep 40–60% capacity
- Avoid charging straight after a ride in the rain — let the battery dry at room temperature
