Description
What is included in the 2000W conversion kit
Complete 2000W conversion kit — 9 components, torque arms included. Fitting takes 2–3 hours.
Battery and charger are not included — you add them when ordering, from this kit's optional batteries: see the batteries. For fitting you only need ordinary tools (2.5 / 3 / 5 mm hex keys, an adjustable spanner and a screwdriver).
At 2000W, torque and speed move up to another level. The motor delivers up to 80 N·m straight into the wheel hub and reaches 72 km/h with the right battery, while the 45A controller accepts any voltage between 48V and 72V. The gearless direct-drive construction has no gears and no brushes, so it sustains this level of load without mechanical wear.

Torque and speed at 2000W
The 2000W kit gives you 80 N·m of torque, 60% more than the 1500W, and speeds of up to 72 km/h at 72V. The 45A controller sustains that torque for long periods, not just in acceleration peaks.
It feels best when pulling away under a heavy load, on long steep climbs and at sustained speed. For less power, 1000W and 1500W are the intermediate steps in the range.
Why the torque arm is mandatory at 2000W
At 80 N·m, the torque transmitted through the wheel axle far exceeds what a bicycle dropout can carry, whether steel or aluminium. Without extra fixing, the axle starts turning in its seat – the phenomenon known as a spun axle – widening the dropout and destroying the frame, often within a few weeks of high-load use.
That is why both torque arms come included in the kit, not sold separately, and they must be fitted on both sides of the axle. Fitting takes 10–15 minutes per side and needs no special tools. At this power it is not a recommendation but a condition of operation.
45A controller, with the voltage of your choice
The controller accepts 48V, 52V, 60V and 72V with no modification, which means you can start with a 48V battery and move up to 72V later for maximum speed and torque, keeping the same kit. It normally works with the motor's Hall sensors, and if a sensor fails it switches automatically to non-Hall mode. The brake levers cut power to the motor instantly.
What the 2000W kit does best
Maximum torque and speed
For riders who want 80 N·m and 72 km/h from a kit with torque arms included.
Repeated technical climbs
Power in reserve that does not fade after the first few minutes, even on repeated technical climbs.
Heavy load when pulling away
The 80 N·m make the difference when pulling away with a load.
Choosing the battery
The kit ships without a battery. When ordering you can add one of the batteries below, chosen for this kit, all with a key lock and charger included. You can see more in the e-bike batteries category.
Recommended batteries for this kit
52V 24Ah Downtube Battery
72V 20Ah Triangle Battery
52V 20Ah Triangle Battery
2000W or 3000W? When it is worth going up
2000W covers almost any need for torque and speed. If you want even more torque, a 60A controller and better efficiency on sustained climbs, the 3000W kit is the top step in the range. Bear in mind that at that level the battery becomes the most expensive component of the project.
Warranty and spare parts
The motor carries a 24-month warranty and the electronic components 12 months. Spare parts and accessories are available in the eBike parts section. Compare every power option in the conversion kits category, from 250W up to 3000W.
