1500W Kit Technical Specifications

Direct-drive motor: no gears, no wear

Unlike geared motors, the direct-drive (gearless) motor has no moving mechanical parts – force is transmitted straight from the stator to the rotor through a magnetic field. The result: completely silent operation, zero mechanical wear and a practically unlimited service life. At 1500W continuous power and 50 N.m of torque, the motor maintains consistent performance on steep gradients, under heavy loads and during extended use, with no thermal limiting.

Dual-mode controller – extra safety

The 48V 35A controller runs primarily on Hall sensors for precise response and smooth start-up. If the Hall sensors develop a fault, the controller automatically switches to non-Hall mode and the motor keeps running – no interruption, no risk of stalling mid-route. The brake levers cut power to the motor instantly for maximum braking safety.
