Direct-Drive Motor: No Gears, No Wear

The gearless direct-drive motor has no gears or moving mechanical parts — power is transferred magnetically direct from stator to rotor. Completely silent operation under 60 dB, zero mechanical wear and a practically unlimited service life. At 500W continuous, the motor holds consistent performance on 15-18% gradients, under load and during extended use, with no thermal throttling. Sealed casing for all-weather use.

Dual-Mode 22A Controller — Built-In Redundancy

The 48V 22A controller with 18 MOSFETs runs in Hall sensor mode as standard for smooth starts and precise response. On any sensor fault, it switches automatically to non-Hall mode — the motor keeps running without interruption. Brake levers cut motor current instantly for safe stopping.

Recommended Battery
