Direct-drive motor: no gears, no wear

The gearless direct-drive motor has no gears or moving mechanical parts – force is transferred magnetically straight from the stator to the rotor. Completely silent operation under 60 dB, zero mechanical wear and a practically unlimited service life. At 1000W continuous power, the motor delivers the same firm response on a 5% gradient and on a 20% gradient, at the start of a ride and after 40 km, with no thermal limiting. Sealed casing for use in any weather.

25A dual-mode controller – added reliability

The 48V 25A controller with 18 MOSFETs runs primarily on Hall sensors for smooth start-up and precise throttle response. If the sensors fail, it automatically switches to non-Hall mode – the motor keeps running without interruption, with no risk of stalling mid-route. The brake levers cut power to the motor instantly for safe stopping.

Worth knowing: 1000W significantly exceeds the standard 250W legal limit for pedal-assist e-bikes in the EU – check current local regulations on registration before riding on public roads.
