Direct-Drive Motor: No Gears, No Wear

Unlike geared hub motors, a direct-drive (gearless) motor has no moving mechanical parts — power is transferred directly from stator to rotor through magnetic force. The result: completely silent operation, zero mechanical wear and a practically unlimited service life. At 1500W continuous power and 60 N.m of torque, the motor holds consistent performance on steep gradients, under heavy loads and during extended use, with no thermal throttling.

Dual-Mode Controller — Built-In Redundancy

The 48V 35A controller runs in Hall sensor mode as standard for precise response and smooth starts. If the Hall sensors develop a fault, the controller automatically switches to non-Hall mode and the motor keeps running — no interruption, no roadside stop. Brake levers cut motor current instantly for safe, immediate stopping.
