All accessories are compatible with brushless hub motors and standard controller systems — verified for use with the MTX 250W–3000W kits in the All4eBikes range.

Available Components

LCD Displays

LCD displays show speed, battery level, total distance, PAS assist level and motor temperature (model dependent) in real time. The SW900 model is included as standard in our 500W–3000W kits and is also available as a spare part. Check the connector type (5-pin or 6-pin) before ordering to confirm compatibility with your controller.

Controllers

The controller is the central component of any eBike system — it manages current between the battery and motor, responds to throttle and PAS inputs, and protects the motor through non-Hall mode if the sensors fail. Available from 15A up to 60A, compatible with 36V, 48V, 52V, 60V and 72V systems.

Thumb and Twist Throttles

The full-twist throttle is included as standard in all our kits. Also available as a spare or upgrade — as a thumb throttle (controlled with the thumb, preferred for precise urban riding) or a twist throttle (full rotation, similar to a motorcycle throttle, preferred by riders coming from a moto or scooter background).

PAS Sensors

The Pedal Assist Sensor (PAS) detects pedalling cadence and sends a signal to the controller for proportional assistance. The standard 12-magnet model is included in our kits and available as a spare. A faulty or poorly calibrated PAS sensor can cause inconsistent assistance — replacement is quick and requires no special tools.

Brake Levers with Cut-Off Sensor

Brake levers with a magnetic cut-off sensor instantly cut power to the motor when the brake is applied — essential for safety at higher speeds. Compatible with disc brakes and v-brakes. Available as a set or individually.

Torque Arm

A safety-critical component for any kit of 500W or above. Mounted on the fork or frame near the motor axle, it absorbs the rotational force generated by the motor and prevents frame damage and axle loosening over time. Neglecting a torque arm at higher power levels can cause irreversible frame damage.

Chargers

Chargers compatible with the 36V, 48V, 52V and 72V batteries in our range. The charger output voltage must exactly match the battery's nominal voltage — using the wrong charger can irreversibly damage the cells. Available in standard (2A) and fast-charge (4A–5A) versions.

Compatibility with All4eBikes Kits and Batteries

All accessories in this category are tested for compatibility with brushless DC gearless hub motor systems and dual Hall/non-Hall controllers used in the MTX kits. Before ordering any spare part, check:

  • System voltage — 36V, 48V, 52V, 60V or 72V
  • Connector type — pin count and layout (differs between models)
  • Controller amperage — for power-related components (controller, wiring)

A torque arm is a safety component that mounts on the fork or frame next to the motor axle, absorbing the rotational force generated by the motor. Without one, at 500W or above, the motor axle can rotate inside the dropout and cause irreversible frame damage. It is recommended for any 500W kit and required for 1000W and above.

A thumb throttle is activated with the thumb — it offers more precise control and fine power dosing, preferred for urban stop-and-go riding. A twist throttle works by rotating the full grip, similar to a motorcycle throttle — preferred by riders with a moto or scooter background, or those who want more intuitive acceleration on longer routes.

No — displays must be compatible with the controller's communication protocol and connector type (3, 5 or 6 pins). The SW900 model included in our kits works with all MTX range controllers. The charger output voltage must match the battery's maximum charge voltage: 42V for 36V batteries, 54.6V for 48V, 58.8V for 52V, and 84V for 72V. Never use a charger with the wrong voltage — it can irreversibly damage the cells or create a fire risk.

Yes — the PAS sensor mounts on the bottom bracket axle, outside the motor, and can be replaced without disassembling anything inside the motor. The process takes 15–20 minutes: remove the magnets from the axle, swap the sensor disc, mount the new one, and reconnect the cable to the controller. Check calibration by pedalling slowly before your first ride.
